Identify what portion actually ended
The 7 October Banking report documented an early departure, not a completed advertised full shift. Its Back from Work receipt paid 2,900 game naira and performance moved from 80% to 90%.
The role stayed Marketer Level 1 in that window. The difference from an 11,600 menu offer should not automatically be called unpaid salary.
Read the available pay before leaving
The reported panel first said No pay yet and later showed Leave now with a paid amount. Those labels did not establish a universal minimum wait or fixed fraction of full wages.
Compute the tested net change
The narrow work result was 2,900 received minus the 150 Cab charge, or 2,750 net. An unrelated guitar purchase in the wider session was not a payroll deduction.
| Recorded component | Game naira |
|---|---|
| Completed partial payment | 2,900 |
| Cab commute | −150 |
| Net for this work action | 2,750 |
| Advertised full-shift label | 11,600; not the completed amount in this window |
Do not create a quarter-shift formula
The ratio between those two figures is not a verified payment rule. Duration, rounding, taxes and early-departure effects on later work were not fully isolated.
A later 8 October report completed a full shift and recorded promotion. Read that as later evidence rather than rewriting this earlier partial result as a failed full settlement.
Was the partial wage taxed?
No tax deduction was observed in that settlement. That limited observation does not establish tax treatment for every job or future payment.
Is early departure the best earning routine? The report did not compare matched full and partial strategies, so it documents an option rather than an optimal routine.
Sources & dates
Check what each source records. A menu label and a completed playtest are different kinds of evidence.
