A session balance is a combined result
A wage receipt and the session’s net balance change need not match when travel, food, rent or purchases occur nearby. List those changes before inventing a deduction or bonus.
The later full Banking receipt was 11,600 while its 150 commute made the narrow net increase 11,450. The two figures describe different but compatible amounts.
Write one row per money event
Use the current amount and completed state for each row. If an event is only a menu offer or uncertain input, keep it outside the confirmed total.
A clean reconciliation example
The following rows describe the reviewed full-shift result only. They deliberately exclude unrelated shopping from a wider session.
| Money event | Game naira | Classification |
|---|---|---|
| Completed shift wage | +11,600 | Received pay |
| Cab commute | −150 | Observed travel cost |
| Narrow net increase | +11,450 | Sum of these two events |
| Future rank offer | 21,000 | Menu-only; excluded from the sum |
Keep unexplained differences unresolved
If the ledger still does not reconcile, note the missing amount and checked state. A community guide cannot inspect an account or determine an unknown payment cause.
Use the provider’s help for account-specific payment or save issues. Public notes can include the date, role and relevant messages without full balances or login details.
How should weekly estimates be calculated?
Multiply the entered completed-pay amount by the modeled shifts and subtract matching costs. The result is a scenario, not evidence that those shifts will be available.
Does the tool discover missing money? No. It compares entered numbers. A discrepancy should be checked against actual receipts and other events in the game.
Sources & dates
Check what each source records. A menu label and a completed playtest are different kinds of evidence.
